A delicious rich and creamy smoothie bowl full of healthy fats protein and rich in antioxidants.


  • 2 Scoops of Chocolate Pea Protein - I use Nuzest Clean, Lean Protein (it mixes really well, is vegan, has a PH of 7.8 and is free of artificial colours, sweeteners and flavours)
  • Half an Avocado
  • 125g Organic Probiotic Coconut Yoghurt (I use Rebel Kitchen - no nasties or thickeners)
  • 100ml water
  • Raw almonds, coconut flakes and raw cacao nibs  (to serve)


  • In a blender, add the protein powder, half an avocado, organic probiotic coconut yoghurt, filtered water and ice cubes.
  • Blend on high
  • Serve immediately with your choice of toppings, such as almonds, coconut flakes and cacao nibs

Source of healthy fats, probiotics and dairy free.  Choose one that is free of added sugar, sweeteners or thickeners such as cornflour. Our favourite is Rebel Kitchen Organic.

Coconut Flakes

A tasty source of healthy fats, manganese, phosphorous, iron and other vitamins and minerals.

Raw Almonds

A rich source of fibre, protein, healthy fats (including Vitamin E), Manganese, Magnesium, Copper, Vitamin B2 and Phosphorous.
